WINE INTUITION

Terms and conditions

Registration, enrolment and payment

 

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for courses or events with Wine Intuition.

 

Registering your interest for a course or an event does not provide you with a place in class. Enrolments can only be finalised and confirmed once full payment has been received.

 

When you enrol online, your payment will be processed and you will be provided with a confirmation of your enrolment. 

In addition, students will receive a confirmation e-mail, containing all relevant information needed, prior to attending the class. This e-mail is sent to students 7 days prior to the course commencing.

 

For our WSET intensive/block courses only, Wine Intuition provides students with a confirmation e-mail 3 weeks prior to the course commencing. 

All fees must be paid in full before the program begins. Wine Intuition reserves the right to cancel a program if there are insufficient enrolments.

 

Refunds and cancellations
 

Cancellations notified in writing more than 7 days before the program begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations notified within 7 days of the program will not receive a refund; however, a substitute may attend in your place.

If a program is cancelled by Wine Intuition, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you register and pay within 7 days of the course commencement date you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

General Information

The program prices, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Please check with Wine Intuition regarding the program.

Public Holidays – No classes are conducted on public holidays.
 

Student Privacy  - Information collected by Wine Intuition during a student’s enrolment and attendance will be used for the purposes of general student administration, identification, communication, program monitoring, evaluation and surveys. Student information will be held securely and disposed of securely when no longer needed.
