Tackle your exam nerves with this tasting tutorial tailored to Diploma students writing their D4/D5 tasting exams on June 11th.
We'll taste 3 sparkling wines and 3 fortified wines blind under timed conditions and take up the SAT with particular focus on explanations for quality, origin and potential for ageing. Open to any Diploma student writing D4 and or D5 on June 11th.
